The AVA Summit is offering two levels of financial support: $750 and $1,000, so you can choose the amount that best suits your needs.

Believing in the future of veganism goes beyond words; action is needed to see transformation. To participate, follow these steps:
Fill out the registration form
Complete the registration form available below, indicating the desired level of financial support: $750 or $1,000.
After the event, gather receipts for travel and accommodation expenses
Collect receipts for your expenses (airfare, transportation, accommodation). Make sure the receipts include your name, payment date, vendor name, and payment confirmation.
Submit documents for reimbursement
Fill out the expense report and submit it along with the receipts in PDF format, as per the instructions received.
Receive refund
The assistance amount will be divided into two payments, sent directly to the holder of the receipts.
Refund deadline
The review and processing of the reimbursement may take up to 30 business days after the submission of the report.
