The festival
In its 12th edition, in 2025, the Brazilian Vegetarian Society (SVB) takes Vegfest to new heights! From December 4th to 7th, São Paulo will become the beating heart of the vegan movement in Latin America, bringing together people with a common mission: to drive the transformation toward a more ethical and sustainable world.
At the forefront of this cause, SVB has been a leading figure, promoting information, awareness, and facilitating access to vegan products and services in Brazil.
This year, the event also partners with the Center for Studies on Animals and the Anthropocene (CEAA), which will hold the 4th International Congress on Animal Rights as part of the official Vegfest program. The special track will feature fundamental discussions on ethics, animal rights, and other topics central to veganism, curated by CEAA itself and featuring renowned figures in the movement, such as Paul Watson and Menkay.

Is there any transport service available?
Yes, there will be a shuttle service from the Novotel to Vegfest. In addition, there will be a shuttle bus from the nearest subway station to the event.
What are the transport options from the airport to the event venue?
The international airport (GRU) is about 30-40 minutes from the event. The best transportation options are taxi or Uber.

Vegfest will feature over 100 exhibitors, many of whom offer food for you to buy.
Are there vegan food options nearby?
The neighborhood near the event venue does not have many vegan options. However, São Paulo has a high number of vegan restaurants in neighborhoods like Pinheiros, Vila Madalena, Jardins, and Consolação, which are about 30-40 minutes by car from the event.
Is there parking available at the event venue?
Yes, there is paid parking available at the event venue.
